East Nash Volunteer Fire Department was incorporated in February, 1964.
East Nash serves the East Nash Fire District. The main station is located on NC 91 just east of Landfill Road.
The East Nash sub-station is located on US 301 near the intersection of NC 42.
East Nash also provides medical first responder assistance as well as fire protection.
