The Wilson County Soil & Water Conservation District is allocated administrative funds through the budget of Wilson County Board of Commissioners. The office space and utilities are provided by the County. A portion of these funds are matched by the State of North Carolina through the Division of Soil and Water Conservation. Funds can be raised through donations and special projects.
