  • Flexible Spending Accounts
    • There are two optional programs offered through ProBenefits which allows employees to save pre-tax dollars for unreimbursed medical expenses and dependent care expenses.
  • Longevity Payment
    • Longevity payment is awarded to full time employees who have at least five years of creditable service with the Local Government Retirement System.  Payment shall be a percentage of the prior January’s base salary times twelve.
        • Less than 5 full years of service  No payment
        • 5 full years but less than 10 years            2.5%
        • 10 full years but less than 15 years          3.0%
        • 15 full years but less than 20 years          3.5%
        • 20 full years and over                                4.0%
