What is the Adult Services Section?

The Adult Services Section provides social services programs to older and disabled adults and their families in Wilson County. Some of the services we offer include Adult Protective Services, Adult Care Home Management Services, In-Home Aide Services, Adult Day Care Services, Guardianship Services, Medicaid and Transportation Services. Our mission is to promote safety, self-determination and self-sufficiency for families and adults through the delivery of services in a caring and professional manner. We maintain a close working relationship with other agencies and local communities to strengthen and improve services for older and disabled adults and their families across Wilson County.
