"Wilson County is now offering to the Public at no charge, free training of the online ConnectGIS web-based GIS application
provided by the County's Planning/GIS Mapping Services. The training will provide basic concepts and use of the web-mapping application.
Below are the following dates and locations scheduled for training. Please feel free to come,
and bring pen and paper.

Advanced Features including:
Buffer Tool (Find all properties within 100ft of your property!)
GIS Data Extraction (Download GIS data right to your computer!)
Extract a Georeferenced Image of a Map (Download an image of the map to your computer!)
PLUS View Deeds and Property Tax Cards
Choose your own color scheme!
The Pick Style tool is located on the upper right side of the screen.
Choose from black, blue, pink and white.
Previous Extent
tool added next to the refresh tool on the upper left side of the screen. This
allows you to go back to a map extent that you were previously at.
Comparable Values
search added. After identifying a parcel you can find this tool in the Info
Tab next to the print tool. Compare acreages, values, etc. within a certain
distance.
