funded program that provides Social Worker Case Management & personal
care services like bathing, dressing, meal preparation (Level II).Aides also perform such tasks as vacuuming, trash disposal and
bathroom cleaning (Level I).Clients receive service based on need and funds available.Referrals can be made by phone or in person at Department of Social
Services.If client has Medicaid, they should contact one of the home
health agencies.
