Screenings
  • Hearing and vision screenings
  • Developmental screening
  • Lead screening for children up to six years of age
    • Follow-up of abnormal lead screening, including periodic screenings, nutritional counseling, lead education as applicable, referrals to Child Service Coordination, Environmental Health, and a primary care provider are also available

Laboratory Services
If applicable, the following laboratory services are offered:
  • Hemoglobin
  • Urinalysis
  • Sickle cell screening
