As a reminder, they have reserved Tuesday evenings from 10:00 pm ET – Wednesday mornings 1:00 am ET for the regularly scheduled maintenance windows and they occasionally schedule windows on other days and times depending on the nature of the work.

Official Payments established a maintenance window schedule for Client Connect, their online reporting application. These windows will be held on Friday evenings from 10:00 pm ET – Saturday mornings 1:00 am ET and during this time the application may not be available. While this window may not be used every Friday, they would like to reserve the day since they are making frequent updates to the application.
As part of Official Payments continuing commitment to better serve their customers, they are pleased to announce that they accept Bluebird® card payments, a new prepaid debit option from American Express. Transactions made with a Bluebird card will be treated the same as American Express payments and customers will be charged the credit card service fee.
