Private Providers cover the entire County providing EMT non-emergency transports. Johnston Ambulance Service provides EMT-P transports 24/7.

Calls for ALS inter facility, non-emergency and scheduled transports are directed to their local office for dispatch. Requests for mutual aid or back up for the public providers are handled through the on duty EMS Supervisor and the Emergency Communications Center.
