Salmonella (Food Poisoning)
“It’s just a stomach virus.” We have all heard this from friends, coworkers, and probably ourselves. In fact, one of the largest causes of stomach problems is a bacteria from mishandled or undercooked foods known as Salmonella.
Symptoms can start anywhere from 12 to 72 hours from eating an infected food item. Most individuals will have diarrhea, stomach cramps, nausea, and sometimes vomiting and/or fever.
