Major medical benefits are provided by BCBSNC at no cost to the employee. Immediate family members may be insured at employee’s expense. Benefits are effective the first of the month following 30 days of employment.


Dental
The County contributes $5 toward the cost of optional dental insurance. Immediate family members may be added to the plan at employee expense.

Vision
Vision insurance is available to all employees. Employees are responsible for paying cost of premium.

Optional Insurances
Life / Accident / Cancer / Disability insurances are available to all employees. Employees are responsible for paying the cost of premium.
