Citizens of Wilson County: Upper Coastal Plain Area Agency on Aging is in the process of developing regional plans for the provision of aging services for July 1, 2008 - June 30, 2009. The first phase is distribution of a community survey to obtain feedback from all interested individuals, groups and agencies or organizations in our County. Please consider completing the survey addressing senior services. You will be indicating as many as 3 areas of high concern in each of the 8 key components of Senior-Friendliness in our county. You will also be asked to note high levels of unmet need with regard to specific aging services. The survey is simple to complete and will take approximately five minutes. You are encouraged to complete the survey and share with other individuals or groups in Wilson County. We want as many responses as possible. Information collected will impact the work plan of the Area Agency on Aging and Wilson County for the next four years.
