DAYCARE Program of services
offered in a community setting to elderly and disabled adults who need
socialization and/or health support; enables independence, provides a
variety of activities, and enables clients to remain in their homes safely
for as long as possible; clients receive AM & PM snacks and lunch.
Transportation is not provided.
