1. Where do I go for services?

Most services are located in our main office at 100 Gold St. in Wilson. We offer additional services at our Career Plus office at 114 Pine St. in Wilson. Your worker will advise you where to go.

2. Do I need an appointment to apply for assistance?

No. Applicants for most programs are seen on a first-come, first-served basis during regular business hours (Monday - Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm). Occasionally, appointments may be made for individual circumstances.

4. What do I need to bring with me when applying for assistance?

While nothing is required to make an application, the following information is often needed to process an application:

• Social Security card
• Verification of income
• Life insurance policies
• Bank statements or bank account numbers
• Proof of assets you own
