Information, suggestions, new ideas related to Wilson County's animal overpopulation issues, lack of a decent animal shelter, taxes on "good citizens'" pets, overly expensive veterinarians for our city in this economy, etc. Basically, how can we make our pets' lives better, our animal-loving citizens' lives better, and especially the many, many suffering, feral animals in Wilson....(No Kill Shelter needed!).
In 2011 the North Carolina Division of Social Services evaluated the program and updated it in accordance with changes mandated by the General Assembly.
